Notes

First Place

Summer Gentlemen's Flag Football at Roosevelt HS Sundays

Tell the opposition to "Back That Pass Up"! In a game where no clear winner seemed to be decided, it was Back That Pass Up who came out on top of David Hasselhoff. It was a shootout from the beginning, as early on the two teams traded blows to the opposition's endzones. The trend continued and the game remained tied at half as it seemed that neither team could clinch the edge on the defensive side of the ball. In the second half, both teams knew they had to show up on defense to win the game. That's exactly what Adam Fangman, the Sack Man, (Meowww) did for his team. He showed up big time with five sacks to finally put pressure on the passing attack. Late game offense then helped them clear the path to victory. Congratulations, Champs!

Nick Pursley Has Sticky Hands

Nick Needs No Backup

Games are always fast and intens when they are this close. Every play can make a difference. Nick today made all yhe difference. Nick went up and came down with nearly every ball thrown to him. His sticky hands made conversions, stoped drives, and kept points on the board. Great game Nick!!
