Winning 17-10 Two Balls and One Strike orchestrated a win with great team effort. Every player contributed to the win, but one player stands out because of a single play. Mark made a Web Gem playing third base, catching a line drive soaring several feet above his head. The force of the ball arched his back so far he could have performed a bicycle kick as well. This stunning feat earns him Player of the Week.
Becca was a stud on the diamond despite being hampered by a nagging quad injury. She went an amazing 4 for 4 in the first game with a 2-run triple in the first game. She also battled to play some solid outfield before moving to 2nd base and holding down the right side of the infield. Although Two Balls and One Strike lost the first game, Becca and her team turned it around in the second game. Becca reached base all but once and knocked in a few runs to help lead her team to 26 runs in the win.
