Grant Vermeer clearly had a lot of pent-up, work-related aggression, and he unloaded it all on two home runs Wednesday night, leading the charge in what amounted to a routing of Hooray Beer!!! who were obviously focused on Mulleady's more than the game. Grant also brought with him a personal blonde cheer section that clearly distracted opposing kickers at the plate.
Russell was sidelined this week with greivous injuries sustained in service to his team. As skipper, however, he navigated his team back from a seventh inning tie, engineering a four run eighth, securing the victory.
