Summer Co-ed Softball at Lower Woodlands Saturdays

In the the championship game it was a match up of the top seeds battling it out for the glory. That's What SHE Said came out in the first and put up 5 runs early and never looked back. Both teams were armed with great defenses, but That's What SHE Said was able to find more grass and keep the lead all game. It was a great game with both teams showing why they were there with great plays, but No GLove NO Love fell short with the final score being 13 to 7 and a crowned champ! Great job to both teams!

That's What SHE Said!!

This weeks player of the week goes to Eli for his excellent play on "D", with a solid performance at the plate. Eli was a huge Key in his team winning the chipper with his great catches in the outfield. Teams hoped for extra base hits on big shots in the outfield, but Eli covered tons of real-estate though out the day to squash any rallies against his team. Great job Eli!

This weeks player of the week goes to Jesse Fischer for his winning run in the bottom of the 7th inning. In a tight game that ended 10 to 9, Jesse's base running put his team in the win column and help start the season off right! Great job Jesse!
