This weeks player of the week goes to Sarah Newell!! She attempted to take her team to the next level with or wothout them, leaving everything on the floor. She was bobbing and weaving, shucking and diving,successfully at times even. When in the game she never left the front line, always staying where the action was, though she set out for victory for her team, the teams she played were just to tough on this night! But never the less she earned the player of the week, Great job Sarah!
The new league at the Boys and Girls club is in swing, and brought out new teams with it. The Player of the Week comes from a new team "Hells Balls", who learned quickly the game of dodgeball. Their first game was against Chuck Norris , a veteran team who had no mercy for the new comers. But in the second game of Hells Balls, Matt Carlton took his new knowlegde and the new team won their second match. Matt threw and dodged like he was brought up playing the game, yet it was only his second match. He helped his team past a great team Nekketsu High School, 4 to 2 giving this team their first win. Great job Matt!
