It doesn't get any closer than this. #1 seed Supa F.U.P.A.s versus #2 seed Big Hurt. Both teams left it all on the field, no question. This game was mostly marked by gutsy offensive play calling and numerous 3rd & 4th down defensive stops. When the dust had settled at the end of regulation it was all tied up. Big Hurt emerged from overtime as the league's Midcore Champs 35-28 largely thanks to their MVP QB Brian Plenkovich who not only came up big against F.U.P.A.s star reciever, but also had an amazing 5 TD passes!!!
Brian Plenkovich of Big Hurt is the Player of the Week for his role in the Championship overtime victory against The Supa F.U.P.A.s. Not only did he play great defense on F.U.P.A.s speedy star receiver (no easy task), but he also quarterbacked 5 TD passes to lead his team to a dramatic victory as the league's Midcore Champs!
In a close game where every catch counts, Wayde had a large effect on the game, making several key catches to keep drives alive and make first downs.
