With a double-header against two firmly established contenders in their opening day double-header, it would have been understandable if the outcomes in the two games was a bit modest. But The Tribe were out to make a statement to the rest of the League that they are the team to beat in the spring. Led by Quarterback Extraordinaire Travis Scarbarough, The Tribe crushed Mr. Hands 41-12 on the strength of his six touchdown passes (and no interceptions). In the second game, Travis threw another 5 touchdowns in a 41-26 win over the Slumpbusters.
