Hard swings and scrappy digs on both sides of the court. Planet Volleywood came out on top for the first set with a string of tough serves, taking and early lead. The team's chemistry continued to fuel a diverse offense, always sending a hard-driven ball across the net. The Ruckus put up a tough fight, but it wasn't enough. Congratulations Planet Volleywood for winning the midcore bracket!
It was hard to choose just one player to represent the abundance of talent among Planet Volleywood's deep roster, but one player consistently finds a way to rack up ace and kills with casual confidence...Pili deserves this week's player of the week for the many nights that he frustrated his opponents with finesse and scrappiness as he sent the ball ripping past the block, towards the opponent's floor. Congratulations Pili and Planet Volleywood for winning the championship Tuesday night! Nice work!
