In the final game was a match-up of a veteran team against a new squad that improved quickly as the season went on. On this day it was the veteran team that went home with the "Champ Shirts". Busts for Justice jumped out early, then relied on strong "D" to keep team Noobs from making a rally to catch them. Both teams played great and had great seasons, and with the dedication in both dug-outs the right teams made a play for the championship! Great job to both!
This weeks player of the week goes to Brandy Nolan of "Busts for Justice" for her play in the chipper! She helped her team produce lots of offense by batting a sweet 4 for 4 at the plate. Brandy had to shake off a few bumps and bruises from an accident and make a heroic performance to help her team obtain the sweet "Champ" shirts and close out a great season. great job Brandy!
