Underdog Sports is looking for sports passionate individuals with good customer service skills to join our high quality staff of sports officials, supervisors, and admins.
What does it take to Work with Underdog Sports Leagues?
This is a great way to earn extra income while having fun being involved with sports, & fit it in around your full-time job, college classes, parenting, or whatever you have going on in your life!
We Train & Certify our own staff of Umpires & Referees. No experience necessary but past officiating is a major plus.
Your past sports officiating experience is only as relevant as your ability to adapt to Underdog rules and procedures.
On average, most officials get between 3-16 hours per week in the evenings and on weekends.
We'll typically schedule you for 3 or more games per shift, not one game at a time.
We offer shifts all around the neighborhoods of Greater Seattle, as well as Everett, the Eastside, & soon Renton.
Applicant Qualifications:
* Must be 18+ years of age
* Must have reliable transportation to transport league gear
* Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs of equipment
* Good knowledge of general rules of the sport you want to work
Benefits for League Officials:
Social Media / Marketing / Events Coordinator
Manage USL's social media accounts and engage with it's customer base through events, pictures, videos, marketing, etc...
Create and Execute various marketing campaigns to promote our leagues
Maintaining USL's VIP Captains Club and other player reward programs
Plan and Coordinate social events for teams and players
Collaborating on marketing strategies that might include Internet/Print/TV ad buying and partnership opportunities
Part-Time, on-going, 15-20 Hours/ Week , flexible scheduling, 75% in-office / 25% out at leagues/events

Indy Guru / Player Registration
Manage USL's growing individual registrations (Indy's) & Indy Team creation and management
Delivering great customer service on a daily basis via phone and email
Collaborate with the Marketing department to design and personally work events for individual players
Part-Time, on-going, 15-20 Hours/ Week , flexible scheduling, 75% in-office / 25% out at leagues/events
High level of organizational skills needed to keep track of signups and teams across 9 sports and multiple seasons

Summer Internship - League Director
Underdog is looking to expand our league offerings in three specific geographical areas of Western Washington, and we need great people to train in Seattle this summer to become potential League Directors for our Everett, Renton, & Kirkland areas.
Candidates must plan to be living in one of these three areas and have an understanding of that area's culture and geography
Delivering great customer service on a daily basis with players
Scouting fields and facilities to make/maintain relationships with facility renters
Grass-roots marketing campaigns in the area to recruit players and brand awareness
Scheduling and staffing your areas local leagues across all sports offered
Paid Internship, Part-Time, working in Seattle 15-20 Hours/ Week June through August, flexible scheduling
