Rip It Wins Another Title
Earn hard fought victory over the Gators

Using an efficient passing game, excellent receiving by the ladies and a strong defense, Rip It beat the Gators 40-24.
Choosing to go against the wind in the 2nd half didn't hinder Rip It as they opened up a lead in the 1st half 20-6 and were then able to tack on 3 TD's in the 2nd half to put the game out of reach. Quarterback, Cody Nelson, was efficient in the passing game, using check downs to open short receivers when the longer passes were covered by the Gators. They moved methodically down the field on each drive and then were able to bust into the end zone when needed. The play of the game, which set the tone, was a short pass to Tim Tang who then turned it into a long play with some nifty moves in the center of the field.
The Gators tried to mount a comeback in the 2nd half, but were stymied by the defense of Rip It. These are two of the better teams in Co ed Underdog football, but it was Rip It's night on Tuesday. Congrats to Rip It, a stalwart Underdog player!
