Spring Midcore Volleyball at First Baptist Wednesdays

With awesome net plays, Jenna led her team to success tonight! As a True Underdog Captain, her entire team was early and warmed up prior to game time. If you get a chance to meet Jenna, I highly recommend it, as she's what Underdog is all about!!

Chris is a wonderful addition to this team of rockstars. He is an all around player and while he is often times counted on to crush the ball across the net, Chris also does an amazing job of cheering on his teammates.

Throughout the night Chris showed his skills at skillful placement, precision passing and some pretty sweet sets. When his team got into a bit of a rut, he could be depended on to expertly place the ball for a sideout. Chris is no ball hog though and definitely doesn't boast. Many times I saw him encourage a teammate to go for it versus taking it easy and cheered on others after an awesome play.

Great job Chris on being a great player and teammate!

Remo was all over the place tonight! Hitting a streak of serves and being a power player in the front row. Where ever the ball was, Remo was close by to set it for a teammate or spike it over with a booming hit. Blue Kalamazoos played like all-stars and they're on the path to ranking high in the Playoffs! Keep it up, Blue!
