Cory is a clear win for POTW this week simply for the fact that I have never seen anyone celebrate a turkey to the extent that she did. Not only was her team very supportive with their own "gobble, gobbles" but Cory even "gobbled" for herself. I must admit, it was pretty exciting. Cory's leadership with the highest score on both lanes for both games led her team to a 4-0 victory. Gobble, gobble.

I feel like Jeremy and I have grown closer because of how many times he came over to claim prize tickets last night. He was a bowling machine last night closing all but 4 frames in both games combined. Furthermore, thanks to a bet with his teammate, Jon, Jeremy got a free lunch out of the deal as well. Jon will probably think about that bet next time because, quite frankly, it wasn't even close. In fact, I would like to take that one as well if Jeremy is going to bowl 164 and 180 again. Free lunch sounds good to me!

Self-nominated Tyler had more than one win this week. His first win was purely accomplished through bowling skill. He bowled a great first game with a 148 an even better second game with 7 strikes, 2 spares and an overall 222. But the even bigger win is on his heart. Personally, I believe his bowling success in the second game can be attributed to all the weight he lost at half time? Intermission? I digress. 150 lbs lighter and with a healthy heart, Tyler is more triumphant in the game of bowling and the even bigger game of life.
