Katrina Davis
Katrina Davis
Damaged Goods
Oh what a sweet heart. Congrats Katrina! While she make look like all smiles, this lady has got a fighting spirit and a competitive edge that puts her with the better setters in this league. With a name like Damaged Goods, you may not expect such skill and experience. However, I think they may just use this name to catch opponents off guard. It definitely works because this team isn't damaged in the slightest. As with most wins, the setter plays a major role. Kat and Aileen set phenomenally last night. No wonder their team had so many kills. Way to go ladies! Katrina and her awesome team spirit, leadership, skill, and somewhat unexpected intensity stole the show in this match. Great job girl! Keep up the good work and best of luck with the rest of the season!!

Chuck Halvorson
Chuck Halvorson
Po'okela
Congrats Chuck! For Player of the Week goes to you good sir! Chuck played all out this week, smashing set after set and putting up a monstrous block. Sure there may be a slight vertical advantage at play here but it's all backed up by awesome skill. Some people say "you can't teach tall," implying either that you can learn skills at any height, or that sometimes tall people are pretty uncoordinated, I can't quite remember. It doesn't matter though as none of that is a problem for Chuck. He makes the clutch play nearly every time. He's definitely one of Po'okela's not so secret weapons but they're all amazing and always play as a team which is fun for anyone to watch. Keep it up guys! And congrats Chuck!!

Matt Henehan
Matt Henehan
Damaged Goods
Matt Henehan might have the best spike in the Pacific Northwest, plain and simple. Although his team didn't win tonight, Matt still put on a show throwing down a barrage of hits all night long. His exciting play kept the matches tight and his team motivated. Matt seriously has a cannon of an arm. Matt "The Cannon" Henehan, keep it up and good job!

SIDEOUT FOR WHAT!?
Adam was on fire tonight! This guy can really jump, it's almost as if he has springs for legs. Adam helped his team win three straight games against tonights opponent with his high flying acrobatics above the net. Good job Adam, way to play!

The Smell of Victory
Ahhh... The sweet smell of... victory? Wait.. what is that? That's Mike serving some poop sandwiches to the opposing team. Wiping away any chance of a comeback, Mike was flushing some heavy duty spikes down on Damaged Goods. What a relieving win!!!
Great job Mike!

Steve Pignotti
Steve Pignotti
Damaged Goods
Steve Pignotti was the player of the week! With his spicy jump serves, no one could touch him. He had a great energy and was diving all over the court to help his team get those extra points! He was a great team player and was a dominating factor for their team. Although your team is called damaged goods and you had a torn ACL; you my friend were nothing but great! Keep up the good work Steve!

Chase Richards
Chase Richards
Indy #V45
This underdog player of the week is Chase Richards! Chase was the glue that held his team together. With a close game of 25-21 The Indy team barely won the match. But with Chase making perfect passes and tough kills they were able to come maintain a strong lead for most of the second game. Although you lost tonight you played an amazing game and kept your teams spirit up! Great job this week Chase!

Morning Missiles
In a heavy weight battle, the Morning Missiles went head to head with Poop Sandwich. It became a battle of will as Ben went point for point with Poop Sandwich. The crushing spikes had Morning Missiles going nuts and Poop Sandwich wondering how they were going to stop Ben. Ben showed tonight why the Morning Missiles will always in the championship hunt. They are a well oiled machine that never quits! Great job tonight Morning Missiles!
