After an impressive regular season, the manhandlers earned the top seed entering the playoffs. Being the favorite to win the championship can be too much pressure for some, but not the manhandlers. In the semi-finals they shutdown the Magic Muffin balls 13-2 behind their great defense, which was led by Sarah Crowell.
In the championship game, the number 1 seed and the home field advantage that came along with it, would pay off big. In a nail biter of a game that came down to the final inning, Greg Rauch had the opportunity to provide a dramatic finish. Greg stayed clutch and drove in the championship winning run in walkoff fashion! Fantastic game!! Hats off to Pitchesdom and Buntsular, but mandhandlers get to take home the hardware! Congrats!!

All season long Drunk and looking to score showed the grit and determination needed to be champions. Now they would need to execute in the playoffs to follow through and take home the title.
In the semi-finals, they had the kicks working. They scored 18 runs behind the boot of Andrew Moore. Andrew led his team to victory by cranking out hit after hit, driving in runs it seemed every time he was at the plate.
The finals would not be so easy. In a back and forth game with Where my pitches at?, it seemed the lead was changing every inning. Going into the bottom of the 6th all tied at 6, Drunk and looking to score turned to their playoff MVP Ryan Middleton to lead them home. Ryan cranked a 3 run homer to give his team the cushion they needed to finish the job and win the championship! Great season and fantastic game! Congrats to the champions!!
