In their Spring League Memorial Staduim debut, Airborne Offense wanted to make a statement. Facing a the Outlaws, they had a tough task. However with the help of an interception returned for a touchdown by Irene Guzman, it was the defense that set the tone for Airborne Offense, and led them to a 28-13 victory.

This past Sunday the weather was great and so was the performance by the Emerald City Maulers. Leading the way was Stacey Eberly and Sean Sakuma. Stacey and Sean made big plays on both sides of the ball in a 21-12 victory. After the game, the Maulers celebrated at Sport toasting Red Hooks and talking up what a great day it was.

The Statdog is thinking about creating a new award for league players called the "Ironman/woman Award". The inspiration comes from those players who play multiple games in one day or in very special cases, if a player runs a marathon in the morning before their game, then goes out and scores two touchdowns and grabs an interception on defense. This is of course in reference to the amazing performance by Chad Klemme of the Little Nelly Weemen in a 32-12 victory in week 4.

In a much needed win, Yellow Cake turned to Matthew "Roy" Hobbs and The Natural delivered. With less than ten minutes remaining Yellow Cake trailed 24-12, however their never say die attitude really paid off. After getting a touchdown and a big stop, Yellow Cake was able to get a huge touchdown pass to Hobbs with less than a minute left for the game winning score.

Playing through the pain of a thumb injury during the game, Joey Scott helped lead her team to a big win over Posse on Sunday 47-36. Despite wheeling a cart with a morphine Drip, Scott still caught 2 TD's with only 3 cortisone shots during the game, giving her a 1.5 TD catches to performance enhancing drugs ratio. Nice work Joey!!

All The Way was able to get great contributions from David Braithewhite, Jane Vail, and others.
