This past Sunday was one of the rare occations where the player of the week is also involved in the play of the week. Carlos Apacible returned a punt for a TD. There is more to the story than that because it was his team that punted. The ball was muffed into the air and Carlos was Jonny on the spot to grab the ball out of mid-air and take it to the house. That was not all for Carlos however, he also had four interceptions on defense, leading the way to victory for Big Ass.

Week in and week out Jen Gingrass has been the engine driving Slow and Deep. Jen has been a force to be reckoned with all season so it should come as no surprise that she earned herself Player Of The Week honors. Her three touchdown catches and one touchdown pass were more than enough for Slow and Deep in a 62-14 rout.

Team High Life
Making several amazing plays on both Offense and Defense Carolyn is the easy choice for player of the Week. Catching 2 TD's and throwing as QB for another, Carolyn was the driving force behind team High Life's first ever playoff win in the history of the franchise. After the game Carolyn was doused with high life until alert USL refs quickly substitued in a 12 pack of delicious Redhook, at which point the whole team became confused, and stumbled into thier 2nd round game.....it didn't work out so well ....
