In a classic opening day match up, the Lawn Wranglers outlasted Malicious 62-58. In a game where neither team got a defensive stop, you might think that the teams were scoring easily but that was not the case. Craig Rader had five touchdown receptions, almost all of which were in the back of the end zone, and each required a great deal of concentration in order to secure the ball and get a foot down. Having a go to player like Craig is one of the reasons the Lawn Wranglers remain a serious contender for the League Championship.

George Paul led the way for the victors, throwing three touchdown passes, including the game winner with less than a minute to go. And on top of that, he also had a huge interception following his game Winning TD pass.
