It seemed like Shane Webber from Team Softball Team was a sped up merry-go-round around the base paths Monday night at Bobby Morris. After smacking multiple balls into the deep gaps of Bobby Morris Playfield, Webber would show off his wheels around the base paths for a 3 HR and 7 RBI game. After netting nearly half of the runs his team scored Shane Webber is well deserving of player of the week. Great job Shane!

Sometimes in sports it's not the stats that count, but rather the toughness and determination to push through pain just to help your team try and win that really makes the impact. That's exactly what we saw from Marqise of Pitch Please Monday evening. 1st inning of Pitch Please's double header, Marqise took a shot flush on the lower shin from one of the power hitters of All Star Super Stars. Showing true grit, toughness, and leadership, Marqise shook it off and proceeded to pitch back to back complete games very effectively. Also contributing on the offensive end with hits in both games, Marqise and his toughness were easy candidates for player of the week. Great job Marqise!
