The playoffs are the time when the stars shine and none of them were brighter than Laurie. In both games she held down third base like a champ, anchoring the defense as she has done all year. Making catch after catch, nothing got by Laurie. Not to be out done by her defensive prowess, she was always putting pressure on her opponents with blazing speed and excellent kickball placement.
