On occasion, sports offer a platform for an athlete to transcend the competition and the game played. Such was the case when Austin of Kiss My Ace transcended volleyball with his outstanding performance. Mindfully, Kiss My Ace turned to Austin when they needed someone to defend the net. Time and time again, Austin answered the call, recording countless kills and blocks along the way. The awe-inspiring moment came in their second set when Austin saved the ball with his knuckles, sending the ball over and bewildering his opponents, earning a kill for his team.
