Brian rocked it on the court tonight and even surprised his team a time or two. He went on multiple serving streaks, discovered a mean bump kill, and spiked it more than once. Brian is a pretty quite person on his team, but you can pretty much always find him smiling.

While stepping to the back line, Dave slipped on his best pair of ballet slippers to serve a beautiful ball over the net. He pointed his toes, raised his arm with a perfect curve and elegantly smacked the ball.

Claire was a menace to society on the back line tonight. Every time she got back there her team would jump for joy with the thought of what was going to come next. If they were down, she would almost always pull them ahead, but at least made it even. Claire rocked the house and was a main contributor to the win of the evening.

Anshul is always a very strong force at the net, but often struggles in the back with his passing. Tonight, however, that was not the case at all. Chalk it up to lots of passing in warm ups or just the night to strut his stuff in the back row. Anshul was hustling to the ball and placing it perfectly in the hands of his setter. Definitely a great night to call him player of the week.

One of the worst things you can do when playing any sport is to get down on yourself and on Salute Your Courts, Carrie never lets that happen. If her team happens to go on a bad streak she keeps the energy high and continues to give positive encouragement. She is just what every team needs.

In the front, he soared high to reach the ball and smash it onto the court and in the back he flew all around to dig the balls from his opponents.
