Winter Co-ed Flag Football at Juanita HS Sundays

TJ had two long touchdowns tonight, outrunning opponents and making great over-the-shoulder catches both time. This doesn't include the other ten times he ran deep each half without having the ball thrown his way. That is persistence, running deep constantly and still able to make the plays when the ball does come. Great work and congratulations on the win.

Underdog fantasy football star of the week, Nic Mulvihill, was a monster on the field. Throwing four touchdowns and running for one more, Nic was able to move the ball very effectively throughout the game. With short passes to keep the ball moving downfield and long bombs to keep the defense on its toes Nic was a master, choosing his placement wisely and leading his team to victory. Congratulations on the win and way to play!

Playing in two games tonight Crystal was a big factor in both of them. In game one she was the favorite target going downfield, consistently making catches and keeping the ball moving. But in game two it was Crystal's defense which made the difference in the game. With both teams trading scores and stops in equal measure, Crystal was able to bring in and interception with finally allowed her team to take a two score lead and hold it.
