Kirby rocked it tonight. She brought intensity to the court and great plays. She even helped me through my confusion about the schedule, since I didn't realize at the beginning she was playing twice that night. Kirby had an amazing attitude and was upbeat the whole night. She also had an awesome hair-do. Way to go Kirby! Keep it up!

Spike it like it's hot
Steph was the lone female ranger on her team and she kicked butt at it. While the guys rotated out and caught their breath Steph just kept on truckin and never slowed down. She had a great game all around with some killer serves and many great bumps, sets & spikes.

This week's player of the week goes to Jesse of the 4th Grade Apes. The 4th Grade Apes took 3rd place this season and although it was definitely a team effort, I'd be lying if I said that Jesse's flipped bill didn't have a little to do w/their victory. Absorbing his cap's power, Jesse made some great saves and slammed some sweet spikes. Way to go Jesse! Thanks for making Golden Gardens look good:)
