Brad Blocks Like A Hurricane

The tallest Underdog rocking yellow, Brad stands out for more than his shirt. Sweet dance moves and the most positive attitude, he is definitely one you'll want to meet this season. Block after block, kill after kill, Brad gives 110% on every play. His passion for volleyball is contagious to his Block You Like A Hurricane teammates. Brad truly is what Underdog is all about!

Player of the Week goes to... Laura White!

Laura is this week's player of the week for stepping up and taking charge when it counts. Her old team captain was not able to handle all the captain responsibilities this season and it was looking as if the team wouldn't be able to play. But Laura didn't want anything to stop her team from playing and having another fun season, so she took on the role of team Captain and has been doing a phenomenal job so far!

This weeks double header allowed him to exhibit his wit and his way with words not once but twice. Week in and week out he's always making sure his teammates get the recognition they deserve at same time keeping it interesting for us supervisers!

Want to know how to stop Meagan Ramey? So does everyone else. This girl is on fire. Her sets and hustle alone are enough to get the W. However, when you factor in her ability to get those around her involved, you're looking at a team that is near impossible to beat. Don't let her size fool you, this girl is a mean competitor who takes no prisoners. Look out for Sets in the City, they will be making a major run in the playoffs this season.

The team they were set to play was a no show, and in a situation where many may show anger or frustration Chris showed grace and understanding. This weeks POTW is WONDER WOMAN a.k.a Lindsey Powers!

Lindsey was a power house last night! Not only did she help her team move on to the semi finals, but she subbed in for another team who was down on players and played not a double, but a triple header! And even though her own team had already made it to the semis she played her heart out for We're Here for the Gang Bump and didn't take a single play off. She fought the fatigue of playing 3hours of intense volleyball and left it all on the court.

James is what we call a powerhouse! He can serve, dig, set, block and kill a volleyball. The real question is what can't James do, not to mention he's built like an 6'5 ox. Jame is not only a gifted athlete, but he's a team player who knows how to keep a positive attitude even when circumstances aren't going his way.
