 POTW: Johnathan DuongOver The TopJohn dominated the game with his diving saves and powerful spikes. He allowed the scoregasms no pleasure. His tenacious effort and unmatched athleticism lead Over the Top to an emphatic victory. POTW: Ron Kubalanzasand ninjasWith the grace of a gazelle, Ron Kubalanza dominated on opening night at Alki. When Ron set a ball or was set up to spike a ball, it was like the ball was a mortar over Lake Union on the 4th of July, waiting to be detonated and converted into an amazing display of both power and grace. The spikes from the Sand Ninjas were explosive and turned their opponent, Prost!, into spectators watching the fireworks. |
