Payment Information
Underdog Sports Leagues accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Checks. Seattle Sports Leagues does not accept Discover, American Express or cash payments of any kind. The current league pricing table for individual fees is shown below:

Option 1 - Use this card as my payment for the league, and charge it week #1 of the season.
Option 2 - Use this card to hold my spot for the league, but I would like to pay with a check. I understand that if I choose this option and do not mail in a check before the season starts, or provide a check at the first game, my card will automatically be charged after week #1 of the season.
Drinks on the Links Cancelation Policy: I understand that by choosing either of these options I am still bound by the cancelation policy of Underdog Sports Leagues, Inc.: a $20 fee for individuals will apply for cancellations made less than 7 business days before the start of the season. I understand that if I fail to attend the first game of the season without giving prior notice to a Underdog Sports Leagues representative, Underdog Sports Leagues can replace me with another player and I will be charged the non-refundable cancelation fee. The league fee for all cancellations after the 3rd week of the season is non-refundable. TEAMS

I would like to be placed on the same team as my (friend, sister, boss, pet, etc.). How can we request this?
Simply submit your individual signups separately. In the noted field, state the name, email and phone number of the others you wish to be teamed with. If your pet is unable to type, our apologies, however we will be unable to process their request.

Is there a minimum age requirement for participation in the Drinks on the Links?
Yes. You probably should have caught on by now, but its Drinks on the Links. Players must be 21 or over, as this is a private league for adults that features drink prizes and such.

I often leave town on business trips/I might miss a few of the games this season, what should I do?
No problem. Indy teams have a few extra players precisely for this reason. Just be sure to let your teammates know ahead of time so they can plan accordingly.

Ok, sign me up, but when do I find out what team I am on and who my teammates are?
We will send you an email (normally a week before the season starts) with a schedule, your team placement, and information about other team members. At that point it will be up to the players to decide on a captain and a team name, as well as make any plans for practice time -- SSL does not schedule practice games or times.

PAYMENT

What if my plans change and I need to bail on a league?
No problem - things change but you need to cancel at least 7 days before the start of a league so we can replace you. If you cancel the day before there will be a cancelation fee ($20) that applies. So its ok to change your mind - just change it ahead of time.

I was late to my own wedding and often have trouble paying rent on time...
If any league payment has not been finalized by week #3, an automatic $20 late fee will be added to the league registration fee.
